AFSA is pleased to welcome Ambassador (ret.) RobertHutchings and Dr. Jeremi Suri of the University of Texas at Austin in a discussion of their brand-new book, “Modern Diplomacy in Practice.” This first AFSA Book Notes event of the year takes place on Friday February 21 at 12 noon at AFSA HQ, 2101 E Street NW.
