AFSA retiree members are invited to hear AFSA President Barbara Stephenson outline the advocacy work AFSA is doing at the national level. Ambassador Stephenson will provide a detailed look into how AFSA is approaching the funding bill now working its way through Congress as well as our continued emphasis on restoring funding for core diplomatic capability. We will also discuss some field-tested messaging for those engaging in outreach to tell the story of the Foreign Service in their local communities.
