Mark C. Storella is a career Foreign Service Officer with the rank of Minister Counselor. As U.S. Ambassador to Zambia from 2010-2013, he led an embassy of 390 American and Zambian staff and managed over $450 million in assistance and operating budgets per year.

Mr. Storella was Senior Coordinator for Iraqi Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons at U.S. Embassy Baghdad from 2009-2010
